Msc. in Talent Development & Human Resources

The Master in Talent Development & Human Resources is a 10-month, full-time, in-person programme taught in English in Madrid. It trains students to drive workplace and cultural transformation through three pillars: Strategic Business Insights, People Management Skills, and HR and AI Technology Knowledge. Each term includes Client Sprints in which students work as HR consultants on real challenges for partner companies, and the programme includes certificates such as Storytelling with Data in HR. It is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals, as well as HR generalists wanting to build analytical and technology skills for roles such as Talent Development Manager or People Analytics Specialist.
