Msc. in Management

The Master in Management at TUM School of Management is designed exclusively for graduates of engineering, natural sciences, informatics, architecture, and related technical disciplines who seek to develop business leadership capabilities alongside their technical expertise. Over four semesters, students choose from specialisation tracks in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Marketing Strategy & Leadership, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Finance & Accounting, and Economics & Policy, combining management depth with optional international exchange programmes including a 1:1 track at DTU Copenhagen and a double degree with HEC Paris. Ranked number one for business and economics in Germany (THE 2025), graduates achieve an average starting salary of 61,000 EUR with 83% employed within three months. Industrial Engineering graduates are explicitly ineligible for this programme.
