The MSc in Economics and Business Administration in Management of Innovation and Business Development equips students to understand how organisations leverage innovation and business development for competitive advantage, in both established companies and entrepreneurial startups. Split roughly evenly between innovation/entrepreneurship and organisation/management, the two-year, 120-ECTS programme teaches students to manage innovation projects, build budgets, draft and assess business plans, and develop growth and entrepreneurial strategies. Core courses include Entrepreneurship Theory, Innovation and Knowledge, Project Management, Strategy and Market Development, and Management Control and Finance, before electives and a master's thesis. Graduates work as management consultants, business developers, innovation managers, controllers, product or project managers, and startup founders across consulting, technology, green tech, finance, and venture capital.
