Msc. in International Human Resource Management

The MSc International Human Resource Management prepares students for people management within international organisations, building skills in recruitment, talent development, training and performance management. Delivered over 12 months at Henley Business School (University of Reading), the programme combines core modules such as Principles of Human Resource Management, Managing People and Organisations and International Human Resource Management with a Managing Transformation module and a summer research project focused on organisational change. It is accredited at level 7 by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), as well as by AACSB and EQUIS, offering a direct route to CIPD membership.
