Msc. in Management

Henley Business School's MSc Management gives students a solid foundation in core management subjects alongside a wide range of elective modules -- including digital leadership, entrepreneurship, sustainability, international business and human resource management -- so the degree can be tailored to individual career interests. It is aimed at recent graduates and those with up to two years of work experience who want to deepen their understanding of management and fast-track their career. Students conclude the programme with one of three capstone options: an optional international study trip working on real-life management projects with partner organisations, a work placement, or an applied management consultancy project. A distinctive feature is the Developing and Advancing Effective Leadership module, exclusive to this programme and designed by the Henley Centre for Leadership to build a practical approach to workplace leadership.
