MSc Real Estate at Henley Business School's School of Real Estate and Planning gives students a rigorous, technical grounding in how real estate markets function, covering investment appraisal, valuation, finance and economics. It is explicitly designed to be accessible to graduates of any undergraduate discipline, including those with no prior property background, and is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). In the second semester students choose between a dissertation-plus-two-electives track or a broader independent-study track spanning valuation and asset management, development and finance, or law, planning and sustainability. Graduates go on to roles at major global real estate advisory and investment firms such as CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield and Savills, with 97% employed or in further study within a year of graduating.
