Msc. in Global Business & Sustainability

The MSc Global Business & Sustainability at Rotterdam School of Management trains students to embed sustainability into the core of business strategy and operations, preparing them for roles such as sustainability manager, ESG analyst, and sustainability consultant. The one-year programme combines core coursework with electives such as Circular Economy, Sustainable Business Models, Social Entrepreneurship, Sustainability Accounting and Reporting, and Impact Investing, alongside a master's thesis. It is designed for students who want to help companies and NGOs tackle grand societal challenges such as climate change and inequality, whether they are aiming for careers in the private sector, government, or the NGO world. Around 100% of graduates are employed within six months of graduation, working across sustainability consulting, policy-making, circular-economy projects, responsible investment, and corporate sustainability teams.
