Msc. in People, Organizations & Change

RSM's MSc People, Organisations & Change trains students to manage human capital, lead organisational change, and apply evidence-based people-management practices in real business settings. The one-year, English-taught programme combines core courses in strategic people management, people analytics and organisational change with a live consultancy project for a real company, then lets students specialise via electives in either a Human Resource Leadership track or an Organisational Development & Change track. It is designed for students moving into HR, change-consulting or organisational-development careers, and reports full graduate employment within six months of completion.
