Executive Master in Digital Transformation

The Executive Master in Digital Transformation (EMDT) is a 100%-online executive programme from ESSEC that trains working managers and leaders to lead digital transformation within their own organisations, combining a modular mix of four certificates — chosen from options such as Artificial Intelligence for Business, Design Thinking & Agile Methods, and Leading with Data-Driven Strategies & Analytics — with core management fundamentals and a supervised master's thesis. It is built around flexible, self-paced online study punctuated by weekly live sessions with ESSEC faculty, dedicated academic coaching, and collaborative peer group work, so participants can combine it with a full-time job. Graduates receive both a Bac+5 (RNCP Level 7) French state-approved management degree and a separate ESSEC institutional diploma certifying the Executive Master in Digital Transformation.
